As the page of life turns the way of things gets clear, not necessarily clear in the way of knowing exactly what to do, or what comes next, but clear in terms of knowing what we do not want anymore, what doesn’t work. The contrast is usually brought to our awareness through pain, challenge or suffering -as it’s a great way for our Soul to get our attention. The contrast tells us about what we do want and that clarity pushes us forward into what else is possible, the clarity of what you know informs where you want to go, how you want to feel, what you know is ready to live alive on the inside and give birth your future reality.
When we cultivate space to honor what we know and accept transition, we widen the opening of our mind to receive the new. This allows us to let go of control, harness our emotions, and invite trust into our heart and bodies. This class will support the void of new beginnings, honor the emotions of what's passing and welcome infinite possibilities.

Move forward empowered, re-energized and confident in your next steps. If you are feeling stuck, confused, frustrated and/or struggling this class will support you finding a way to let go. A practice to honor the mind, nourish the body, and step courageously into the realm of Spirit. As we continue to rapidly adapt to change this class will support you to usher in a new understanding of your energetic field, your emotional capacity and to facilitate the discovery of your own personal power. Using an active pranayama breath sequence we will move past the dictates of fear in the mind and connect deeply with the wisdom and vibrancy of the body. Come expand and begin to understand your innate capacity for growth and self trust.
Breathwork is an opportunity to connect so deeply with yourself you begin to follow the inherent wisdom of your inner knowing and practice receiving love at new depths.
