Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep and complete rest. Generating a new path in the mind that allows us to circumvent all the distractions that pull us out of the present moment, out of relationship with the Soul.
This practice is the full absorption into the perfect present moment, a touching into the frequency of pure unconditional love and bliss. A process that allows the us to drop deep into fully letting go, surrendering and allowing so that we can listen, feel and merge with the experience of liberation.
Yoga Nidra is an altered state that facilitates your meeting of the quantum field of awareness, your Soul. When we meet the eternal part of ourselves we are fully absorbed within the intimacy of our divine nature.
This is a gentle practice we practice laying down, cocooned and supported with pillows and blankets. A lullaby for the mind and a merging with the Soul.
