Ignite Your Inner Fire: A Breathwork Journey of Release and Renewal
Join us for an afternoon of connection and cathartic release where we harness the power of fire to illuminate and refine your emotional landscape.
Breathwork is an active breathing meditation that works with the nervous system to deeply connect us to our body and soul. This is not about controlled or mindful breathing; it's a deep dive into the depths of our humanity through the power of our collective breath.
Fire, the Element of Transformation:
Just as fire transmutes and purifies, this breathwork practice will guide you to:
Reveal hidden emotions and limiting beliefs holding you back.
Release stagnant energy and past traumas.
Reignite your inner spark and connect with your authentic self.
Through guided breathwork and visualization, we’ll journey together to:
Embrace the intensity of fire to burn away what no longer serves you.
Harness its warmth to nurture self-love and compassion.
Rise from the ashes with renewed strength and clarity.
The active breath acts as a conduit, supporting us as we deepen our connection with the body and the emotions we have stored within it. Releasing stored emotional energy forges a direct path to our subconscious mind, which can reveal visions and generate profound and immediate healing.
Some of the benefits of this breathwork practice include:
Stress relief
Clarity
Anxiety relief
Trauma resolution
A deeper connection to your body
A stronger immune system
Increased emotional awareness
Self-love
A soothed and strengthened nervous system
How to prepare for class:
You will want to be in a quiet and comfortable space without being disturbed. Take some time to set up a cozy space to breathe where you can fully stretch out lying down and be supported (bed, or floor). Ideally, you don't want anything under your neck so your throat center can be open. Have a pillow (to yell into) and blanket (if you get chilly) nearby. You can use pillows under your knees to support your back or any other aspects of the body that need a little extra support, you want to feel comfortable and supported while you breathe. Burn some incense or a plant ally that supports you, light a candle, use essential oils on your body, or whatever feels good for you.
*If you want to amplify your healing pay attention to what pattern or habit of behavior is presenting itself to you this week, take notes, and bring it to class.
No prior breathwork experience is necessary. All are welcome.
Live attendance is not required, a recording will be sent to all those who register.
